THE PATRIOT WARS & ODE TO SELF-EVIDENT TRUTHS, REPUBLISHED

This is in response to the Republican, pseudo-Christian, right-wing conspiracy rhetoric, still being espoused to this date, of which states, we Democrats, want to return to a pre-911 state. The very state with which Bush' leaguers had their heads stuck in the sand, ignoring the threat of those forms of Islamisms, in which there is no regard for the value of human life, cannot be reattained. We were always aware of this threat, and we will continue to be aware of this threat. And, as always, we continue to fight against the Republican ignorance that made 911 possible, by arguing to close our ports, until a way can be found to determine what passes through. Since we have not, we wait for the next 911.

If Hillary Rodham Clinton is elected president, then all children in America, will have one of Oprah's schools, and uniforms are something all rational people will agree with, just to avoid endless debate. Then we can get down to the real issues involving American public education.

The only question I have is, did high school girls get asked not to wear bare midrifs to school, in order to respect that if they did, a man would have a right to rape them?

Are we still forcing women to accept, and respect, a man's right to rape them, in the 21st century?

This is why we need a woman president, so we can end this practice, on this globe.

COMMENTS:
I really do belive, God's of our' Bible's, teaches marriage as mutual submission, hence, "A husband and a wife lie together and become one flesh." This is not possible, unless both submit mutually to one another, and with equal respect. And, for those who have trouble with the word submission, I understand mostly this is fallout from some men's concept of submission, however, rightly submission really is as simple as one having to submit to using the microwave the way its designed in order to get it to work.

No matter how one approaches a microwave, one must punch the correct buttons as required by the microwave, or one will not get the desired result. Furthermore, even a man must submit to the microwave to use it, and none can claim submission is not required to have sex with one's wife. If you know of any man who cannot accept having to submit to the microwave, then beware of this person, he is dangerous, and if you are married to one, get out now, as fast as possible, this man will be trying to find a way to blow away the microwave with a shotgun.

Also, as a photographer I have come to be known as God's number one nature fan, so I do not find photographs of naked women offensive. What God and I really want to know, when you look at a photograph of a naked woman, what goes through your mind? Are you a man who sees a candidate for rape, and calls this the subject in the photographs fault? If so, be forewarned, God and I do not consider that a natural response. Seeing a naked woman usually fills me with a desire to be married to her, and the desire to marry, is the natural one, God's put there.

Now, of course if the woman is already married and does not practice polygamy, then one cannot marry her, however, desiring to marry her is a natural desire. If one thinks one is going to marry a woman just because of his desire to do so, and especially if she is married and not practicing polygamy, then this is not a natural thought, and not the woman's fault. Ask, God's of our' Bible's, about what David was thinking of when he saw Bathsheba, his thoughts were not clean since he ended up murdering her husband and claiming her. I, and God's of the Bible's, do not want men claiming anymore, it is nakedness, that causes their impure thoughts, I repeat, impure thoughts when viewing a naked woman are not natural. Natural, is the desire to marry.

When time come's, and all of our expected technology upgrades are in place, such as, our much anticipated change's to fiber optics, upwards of 1 Terabyte Internet transport capabilities, via ground and a satellite Internet and HDTV network capable signal, in one combined source, broadcasting from a string of specially designed=for capable satellites, upwards of 1gig networking already exists, and HDTV capable video, and Internet from a single Internet connection, we will have a virtual cornucopia of options available. Why double up? A quantum leap to combining all home entertainment and xomputer into a single-modular-package (SMP), as we are duplicating services and technologies, and vastly bog down and make unamassable most of our entire entertainment set packages, we will then see Internet Hyperfeeds, in our technological revolution, like none we have ever seen before, and hyperspeed technology capabilities will be expensive.

When this occurs there may be many people, including myself, of whom, will be either unable to afford top packages, or happy to go on using one's now existing Internet speeds and capabilities at a price near that of what one already pays. I pay for a website hosted by Yahoo, Benevolently Beloved, if not for being able to pay for a small volume site, of which completely suits my present needs, and is expandable if my needs grow, I would be unable to afford my present foray into website development. It makes a whole lot of sense, like with cable and satellite, television, where one does not have to purchase all of the available channels and services, and Internet, where in one can still choose 56k dial-up, or when purchasing high-speed cable/DSL Internet services one does not have to buy only the highest speed package available.

When we get to where we see all of the technology changes coming down the line, we will be happy not to have to pay for only the best available Internet and entertainment packages, and ecstatic over being able to continue using what we have now, at the same, or near to the same cost, inflation and steady upgrades you know, and not having to be able to afford only the highest Internet speeds available, at all time's.

Now, does this blasphemy of a term like NetNuetrallity, make one see why us Democrats, get called communists, and anti-free American's enterprise.

PARADIGMS OF ISSUE

In America we are fighting two paradigms, of which we have to see an end, or find a way to prevent those of whom hold these paradigms from being a danger, threat, or harm to us.

Paradigm 1: When I am breaking the law, it is no longer illegal to do so. These people believe once they have decided to break the law, it is no longer illegal to do so, due to their rationalizations, and there is no place to place a stop sign in the road, once a person with this paradigm chooses to break American laws. These people now believe what they are doing is legal, and enforcing the law to stop them, is illegal.

A way has to be found, now that we can prove this paradigm to exist, to either end this paradigm in a person, or see that a person with this paradigm is no longer a danger, threat, or capable of causing us harm.

Paradigm: The God is an idiot paradigm: There are people who would lie to God, Christ and the Holy Spirit, and all of society on an open microphone, and then believe, I am an idiot. These people believe in a god of which created all of these lovely people on this planet to be their victims and this loving god aides them in victimizing their victims. Why? These people not only believe God is an idiot, they believe anyone who believes in a loving God, and believes they are being nurtured by this loving God, are also, idiots. And, these people try to enforce a clause, of which states: God is an idiot; this beliver is an idiot. Yes, these people want all people who belive and follow God's of our' Bible's tagged: idiots. Yes. God created the earth and all of these people in it, in order that they may have them as victims, is what these people believe, and if God does not aide them in having these victims, God is not loving. And, will fight to the last man to enforce this rule.

A way has to be found, now that this paradigm of religious persecution can be proved to exist, to prove, once and for all, American law prevents and protects its citizens from such religious torture's. And, use exsiting law, to either end this paradigm in a person, or to enforce all parts of American law, and prevent and protect Americans from this, God is an idiot paradigm, from being a danger, threat, or capable of causing us harm.

There is no need to limit freedom's of speech and press, all we have to do as American's is enforce those laws already existing of which state: Freedom's of speech, press, religion, and our right to a fair trial, do not exist to protect lies.

The bone-to-soil ratio, necessary, for the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, has already exceeded quotas, and allowable limits, and is causing massive, instabiblity, therefore, only bones of those people being raptured, are now, to be, accepted for deposit in the earth. No more bones, not-to-be raptured, are to be deposited in the earth, unless rapture will happen, to a person's bones, we no longer want those bones deposited in the earth. If known, a rapture will not occure, please do not deposit any more, such, bones in the earth, and, make prior arrangements, to death, to have those bones deposited elsewhwere. Do not use a plastic bag and do not leave them here, inform population: to take them with you. Pouring blood out on the earth, will still be allowed, as the earth’s, hot magma core, will absorb any applied amounts of blood poured out upon it, however, all bones, not being raptured, must, now and forevermore, be deposited, elsewhere. OUTLAWING DESERT STARVATION, AS A MEANS OF EXECUTION

It can be proven, now, that, the removal of people, from their property, and leaving them in a desert to die, is a death sentence, and this method of execution needs to be outlawed, worldwide.

I have it on good authority, all people who were starved to death, using this method of execution, would have preferred to be offered a more humane method of execution. They all wanna know, "For God sake's, why did you not, just, machine gun me to death, when you seized my property?"

It can be shown, in all places where this practice occures, people happy to live off the land, had a means of acquiring food, even though to society, they were considered impoverished. In our' God's of our' Bible's, Christ's, says, "We will have the poor with us always." However, this does not refer to starving to death. We, who are follower's and believer's in the God's of the Bible's, and God's Himself, will not allow the definition of poor, in this passage to be equated, anylonger, to: "Unable to acquire food." As, Christ did not say, "We will be starving to death people, always." This, perversions of God's, and Christ's intent, is criminal in its endeavourer, always. And, all nations, and all world courts, must now write laws to specifically state, to render a person, to a state, where this person is unable to acquire food, is a sentence to crime, or a personal attack, that is now outlawed, worldwide.

A desert, courtesy of, Answers.com, and the American Heritage Dictionary, is defined as such:

A barren or desolate area, especially:
A dry, often sandy region of little rainfall, extreme temperatures, and sparse vegetation.
A region of permanent cold that is largely or entirely devoid of life.
An apparently lifeless area of water.
An empty or forsaken place; a wasteland: a cultural desert.
Archaic. A wild, uncultivated, and uninhabited region.

adj.Of, relating to, characteristic of, or inhabiting a desert: desert fauna.
Barren and uninhabited; desolate: a desert island.

This means, isolating a person, economically, and removing any ability, to acquire any economic necessities, is to sentence, illegally, this person, to a desert, to starve to death, and is always, and forevermore, a criminal action, and not allowed to be viewed as a legitimate legal action.

This is necessary to protect these people, being removed from this sentence, from being resentenced, by another, as we are trying to aide the person's damaged in such a crime.

Our, remedy, must be to require all sovereign's nations to accept this international law, and that a person rendered to the state of, Desert, must be allowed international, asylum, of their choosing. As, sovereign's nation's, enforcing, this international law, it must be required, all person's, placed in a starvation desert, are entitled to, successful relocation to a place of being able to acquire food.

What, we must do, when people are placed in a desert, is send an international team, to remove them from this illegal sentence. We, will take all person's from their place of sentence, including all people starving in a desert region of our' earth, even up to multitudes, and provide whatever, is necessary to allow them, by voluntary means, to choose, where else to live, and recover, economically to a place where they are again able, to always, acquire food, without aide. This, means those who choose to live off the land, in a straw hut, in Africa, can return there, even though, to society, this is still considered an impoverished condition. There are those who do not desire, Ipods, and would like to just live close to nature, and survive, by growing, or raising what they eat, and want nothing else, except, such a simple life, and we have no legitimate right, to remove from a person, this desire, to live as they choose, without, modern technology.

Any country, or person, sentencing, or personally attacking a person in such a way as to make, a person, or people, to be rendered to such a state, as, a desert where one is unable to acquire food, will be required to provide payment to whatever agency, or agencies, were required to aide these victims, in being, economically re-established, in a place of their voluntary choosing, to a state of a voluntary means of acquiring food. There will be no pussyfooting, any form of seizure, of any available assets and monies, will be allowed, to collect payment for committing such an atrocity. Please, do not expect, kind and gracious treatment, from world and national authorities, after making it necessary to deal with such a situation.

A straggling few got up to go in deep despair. The rest
Clung to that hope which springs eternal in the human breast;
They thought, if only Casey could get but a whack at that-
We'd put up even money, now, with Casey at the bat.

But Flynn preceded Casey, as did also Jimmy Blake,
And the former was a lulu and the latter was a fake;
So upon that stricken multitude grim melancholy sat,
For there seemed but little chance of Casey's getting to the bat.

But Flynn let drive a single, to the wonderment of all,
And Blake, the much despis-ed, tore the cover off the ball;
And when the dust had lifted, and the men saw what had occurred,
There was Jimmy safe at second and Flynn a-hugging third.

Then from 5,000 throats and more there rose a lusty yell;
It rumbled through the valley, it rattled in the dell;
It knocked upon the mountain and recoiled upon the flat,
For Casey, mighty Casey, was advancing to the bat.

There was ease in Casey's manner as he stepped into his place;

With a smile of Christian charity great Casey's visage shown;

"Fraud!" cried the maddened thousands, and echo answered fraud;

This inning replayed, for those unaware,
George W. Bush' league warfare,
struck out last October, and for all:
lame duck, pseudo-Christian, right-wing,
Bush' Leaguer's, the war is over,
and the pennant is lost.
This even a diehard Cub's fan knows,
3000 to 1, is enough swings at one bat.

When I get my room, in the house on Gold Street,

DETECTION OF THE GOD SPIRIT, BY SCIENTIFIC MEANS

A need exists in our 21st Century to find
a scientific method of detecting the God Spirit,
and the human spirit’s existence.

Currently, there are heartless, people with obvious
problems of brain inactivity, hovering around those
they call brain dead. These human vampires, wait for
the situation of undetectable brain activity,
in a machine sustained body
for a state of which they call brain dead to exist
to use a legal documentto flush the soul from the body
in order to dispose of the body.

There, are those of us acquainted with God’s
who know, there is more brain activity
in the brain called, brain dead,
than in the mind of the man
wanting to pull the plug
on the man, he calls, brain dead.

We must find a verifiable method of determining
the presence of a soul in a person,
And, develop a constitutional law stating:

Occupation, by the soul,
of the body,
by being in the body,
proves,
desire of, said,
spirit, to occupy, said body.

As, obviously,
if the spirit did not choose to occupy
the body, it would not do so.

In order to enforce this constitutional law
We must detect the spirit’s presence, in order
To confirm, whether or not, medical instruments
Are capable of sustaining life in
a body without a spirit.

If we are to develop,
a scientific method of detecting the God Spirit,
removed from all existing theological methods,
theology schools provide students with
several methods of detecting the God Spirit,
as part of their course of instruction,
we, however, must use only cognitive science,
using only scientific observations,
and scientific instruments capable of detection,
then we must, first, form a series of questions,
from which we are to form our hypothesis,
or series of hypothecis.

Question 1: If the God Spirit exists, what is it composed of?

We know it is not atomic,
and not anything of which would necessitate atomic make-up,
such as chemical, as all this can now be detected,
by modern scientific methods.

Question 2: What is this God Spirit’s source of energy?

As, we know all living things require a source of energy, in order, to live.

A: Is the God Spirits source of energy, Internal only?

And, is this source of internal energy, self-sustaining?
And, is this internal, self-sustaining, source of energy,
Universal, and the source of all existing energy, and,
is it the same universal energy the Chinese refer to as Chi?

B: Is there an internal, self-sustaining source of energy,
in the God Spirit, and also, an external universal source of energy,
and which source of energy, is the universal energy,
the Chinese refer to as Chi?

C: Is there, an external only, universal source of energy,
and the God Spirit, itself, requires this source to sustain itself,
and, is this external only source of universal energy,
the universal energy the Chinese refer to as Chi?

Remember, there are theological texts, of which,
teach of a God Spirit, capable of experiencing death.

Now, we have series of questions, necessary to provide answers
in our quest to form a hypothesis, to detect the God Spirit,
from use of only scientific methods, observations, and instruments.

Now, we must combine the mind of Albert Einstein, with the mind of Edison,
And, go out in the laboratory, and attempt to create instruments,
Needed for detection.

Remember, in order to invent the radar speed detection gun,
one does not need to form a hypothesis,
to prove the existence of the automobile,
In order to devise a method of detecting its speed.

However, here we now must find, first, a method of detecting,
whatever,
the God Spirit, if the God Spirit exists, is composed of,
by forming our hypothesis, as to what this composition is composed of.

Good luck, everyone, in your search, however, I would be informed
It is probably best if we find this method of detection,
Before, our next president takes office, as, we are having several obviouse problems
Made necessary by our presidents inability to communicate with a God Spirit.

A CONSPIRACY OF ONE

Fourscore, and so many years ago, not even Abe Lincoln can remember, we were at war with ourselves, and a discontented South, gladly conceded, so as to make their peace. Now, we once again fight the war, it seems, in Texas. Where, a bewildered student body, with tireless, laziness on their hands, has nothing better to do with their extracurricular activity, than to tilt at statues, in the lawn.

It seems, there just cannot be a remembrance, anywhere that, there ever was a Southside to our civil war, and only a Northside, must present, for the entire field of battle. We cannot be allowed to see, who in history, stood, against our sturdy northern stock of men, in a contest, to end all subjection of men to another's personal will. There, were many on both sides, who fought to contain, in history, a place, where slavery and servitude, end.

And, yet, there are those who would closet those who were amongst the fight, and did not lose a right to be seen in public, and even to be seen as a statue. To do this is to hide, and then erase, a part of American history, that must never be forgotten, lest, we do it all again. That is right, after putting those statues in the closet, and defying a man's right to be remembered, or another's, right to remember him, then we have no reminder, we once fought to end the right to own, or alter on demand, another person. And, as such, to be able to alter on demand another's law-abiding, person, property, will, heart's desire, love, passion, remembrance, dream, knowledge, cognitive science, theology, imagination or inclination, against their will, is to defy present civil rights law.

If we fail to learn the lesson's of yesterday, by looking at the statues of those who fought with the Southside, then we fail to learn, our place, is not to decide the contest again, however, to remember. No discrimination, therefore, is ever allowed on the basis of, deciding civil rights, and according to U.S. Federal code, penalties are allowed if such a group decide to conspire against rights, or conspire to interfere with civil rights. At last, we have a possible chance to return to being a civilized nation, with Senator Clinton, officially in the running, and the biggest hat yet tossed in the rink, to boot.

There are many things, these lame duck, pseudo-Christian, right-wing conspiracy, Republicans, will simply not allow being tended to, poor education, shrinking household incomes, people slipping helplessly below poverty levels, crime going on virtually unacosted, mental health and other disabilities going either untreated, or being ignored completely, while they argue to stop the only research that shows any hope of help, stem cells.

Our, platform will simply have to be arranged around contributing in any manner possible for us, as can be done, in our increasing our own public welfare. We are fighting wars abroad, while young boys and girls are being treated like victims, whose victimizer sees a waste to be scavenged off our city and country roads, and raped, molested and murdered. Somehow, we have not gotten the message to all of us, God wants us to hear, we who are still alive; we have lives worth living, and we have souls worth saving.

I am happy to be, announcing my availability in any manner possible, in helping in Senator Clinton's campaign to become president, and I hope she does not think this rude and unmannerly, I see a person here running for president, who is the only person, man enough, to do the job that needs being done, right now, in our America.

We cannot give in to people that participate in riots,

It’s not that we want to be, or need to, be pious,
It’s just that freedom rings in this land to stay.

Pick out innocent women and children for prey,
In the worst kind of unwanted and leveraged buyouts,
We need to go looking for the whites of their eyes,
And teach them the value of the freedom we prize.

A Century of Mental Health Awareness Begins in 2008 with President Hillary Rodham Clinton

I plan to make a part of our Democratic platform for 2008, be including of a blueprint for social progress in mental health awareness, and will require, Senator Clinton be elected president. My plan is to take all mental health funding from under, FSSA’s, umbrella, and combine it with all other federal mental health agencies, in its own agency, like our FDA. Our FDA, manages to operate pretty much free from politicks, and is not subject to every political whim and wind which blows by. Medicines would still be subject to approval by our present FDA, I would not try to duplicate our FDA. All other mental health practices can then be monitored for efficability, and combining these agencies should not cost more, since we are merely shifting personnel, and may even save costs in reducing redundancy.

Unfortunately, our current payment practices encourage maintaining people at a level where they constantly need day care, and continue returning to treatment, without achieving a state of wellness. Mental health care providers must, be paid only for, all achievable, positive results. Since, we know which practices work, there is a need for treating people, not just housing and maintaining people.

I often hear it said, “We now know what is wrong, if not how, and why. So, medications will keep getting better.” Most Americans, and our public officials, do not understand what this means. There is a real need for mental health awareness education. We need to begin as early as grade school, to teach people what proper treatment and therapy can accomplish. So we can significantly eliminate social stigma, in this decade. Then, people may be able to find a way to accept those with this, and any other disabilities, into our society.

“Christians” who claim to be pro-life, seem to place very little value on human life where mental illness, disability, or any physical imperfection exists, and treats these people like refuse. I shudder to think what degrading treatments, pro-life, until after birther’s, will provide, if Senator Clinton is not elected president. As, George W. Bush, commissioned a study on mental illness, a copy of which I still have, and Republicans have done very little since, except axe important programs.We need to have a no person left behind clause, for disabilities, in America, to remain a society of caring individuals.
